Refund Policy

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of your order to request a return for a refund.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition you received it
- Be unworn or unused
- Have tags attached
- Be in its original packaging
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact us via our [Contact Us](#) page. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Postage

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately to resolve the issue. For defective, unused items, you are eligible for a refund. If you received the wrong item, we will provide the return address and send you the correct item.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care products (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Products in the hygiene category (e.g., knee massagers, back massagers) cannot be returned once opened. This policy is in compliance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Opened or unsealed items due to hygiene reasons are not eligible for return.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-returnable.

Incorrect Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item or an item with the wrong charging port/pin, you are eligible for a replacement only. Full cancellation of the order is not available.

Exchanges

To get a new item, return the original item, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. Notify us before the 14 days lapse and return the items within 14 days from the cancellation notice. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. The right to cancel does not apply to opened or used items due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that processing times may vary with your bank or credit card company.
